  • Etractable with CIP (cleaning in place systems)

Materials And Characteristic Values

  • Housing: Stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316) with mineral wool insulation
  • Finned tubes: Stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316)
  • Fins: Aluminum or stainless steel (with CIP)
  • Air volume: up to 200’000 kg/h per device
  • Air temperatures: depending on application and additional equipment, different exhaust air temperatures are possible

Heat Recovery Systems

  • We provide complete heat recovery systems (i.e. exhaust-gas heat recuperators, flue gas heat recuperators, pre-heaters and pumping stations
  • Our Systems recover heat from exhaust air and flue gas (from combustion processes - if available) to preheat inlet air to be heated up for process applications (e.g. spray dryer)
  • Significant energy and net savings due to short payback times (often below 2 or even 1 year) combined with the long product lifetime of often more than 30 years
