Materials And Characteristic Values
Housing: Stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316) with mineral wool insulation
Finned tubes: Stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316)
Fins: Aluminum or stainless steel (with CIP)
Air volume: up to 200’000 kg/h per device
Air temperatures: depending on application and additional equipment, different exhaust air temperatures are possible

Heat Recovery Systems
We provide complete heat recovery systems (i.e. exhaust-gas heat recuperators, flue gas heat recuperators, pre-heaters and pumping stations
Our Systems recover heat from exhaust air and flue gas (from combustion processes - if available) to preheat inlet air to be heated up for process applications (e.g. spray dryer)
